Do you have parking at BTS GYM?
Unlike most gyms where parking is usually non existent, hard to find or expensive we have plenty of FREE parking available at BTS GYM. You can conveniently park right outside the gym and there is also FREE parking on the road.
I’ve never been to a gym before…will someone show me what to do?
Yes absolutely! All our staff are fully qualified and here to assist you so you will be able to exercise safely and effectively in a friendly environment that enables you to reach your health and fitness goals. We always have someone on hand to assist, provide spotting and training tips.
What services does BTS GYM provide?
At BTS GYM we have a wide range of products and services available including: Personal Training, Chiropractic, Sports Massage, Sun Bed, Infra Red Sauna as well as a Cardio Theatre, Huge Free Weights with Dumbbells up to 90kgs!!, Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Classes, Tuesday Night Run Group, Boot Camp, Supplement & Equipment Store.
Do I have to sign a contract when I join BTS GYM?

What sort of membership rates does BTS GYM offer?
BTS GYM offers a very competitive selection of membership rates. We have great student and senior citizen packages on offer as well as corporate and general memberships available. Membership packages range from casual and concession passes through to weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, yearly or 24 and 36 month terms. We have some of the best rates around when compared to other gyms.
I have an injury…is it safe for me to exercise?
Yes absolutely! Research shows that cardio-vascular exercise, resistance training and stretching are great ways to help rehabilitate injuries, increasing your chances of making a full recovery. BTS GYM trainers are fully qualified to prescribe you a safe exercise program and can work with your GP or health professional to provide the best solution to meet your specific needs.
Should I use a Personal Trainer?
Hiring a Personal Trainer (PT) can be a great way to increase motivation, break a plateau and reach new levels of training. Our BTS GYM personal trainers excel in providing that extra inspiration, offer great 1 to 1 service and will go that extra distance to make your training experience worth it!
